Where can my guy get an STD screening? Does Planned Parenthood offer STD testing for men? Which diseases/infections does a typical STD screening cover? How much does one usually cost?

planned parenthood *may* offer std testing for men.. i know in new york, they don't in the manhattan location, but they *do* in the bronx on one specific day of the week. (so i wouldn't rule it out entirely- but call and check the ones in your area.. even if they don't do it, they'll likely be able to refer you to somewhere that does.)

I think they test at our local health department. I'd give them a call and see. If they don't, they'd be the ones who could give you a list of cheap or free places that do it.

Call your local health department and ask for info and referals, they should be able to tell you what you need to know. Every place is going to be different, but I can tell you about Nashville.

Health Dept- HIV test free, full STD screening $5
Planned Parenthood- Does test men, everyday of the week, and is free for anyone 19 and under, sliding scale (based on income) for everyone else.

At my Department of Health (located in a hospital) they do full std screenings once a week. For free, for everyone.
