pain during intercourse

Ok, my boyfriend and I usually have sex at least once a day, no problems. Today there was some pain. It felt like it was maybe in my uterus/front of my lower abdomen? My vaginal walls also felt a little tender if he went a little fast or rough. Is this something I should be worried about? We've never had this problem before and I'm hoping it's something that won't happen again. Any ideas?

He might be bumping your cervix. You wouldn't notice it all the time because your cervix shifts throughout your cycle. No biggie. Just make sure to direct him to slow or not go as deep when it happens.

some days you could be more shallow than others.... like the above poster said he may be bumping the cervix.....this happens to me when im not horny enough or its just one of thoes days

I've had this exact same problem lately. It's mostly around time for my period when it hurts. I'm thinking it's normal.
