Hi-I have never posted here before and I have a question. Lately when I have intercourse with my boyfriend, I cannot stay "properly lubricated" the whole time, and instead of stopping to use lubrication, we just continue to do the deed. This leaves me with immense pain while going to the bathroom or just sitting. Is there anything you can reccomend that I used to sooth the pain?

Uh... why don't you use lube?

Eh, use lube next time. Sex isn't supposed to hurt (unless you want it to, of course... but I can't imagine anyone enjoying that "I'm getting fucked with a beltsander!" feeling).

To relieve the pain, you could sit in a cool bath, or soak a washcloth in cold water and put it on your cooch. You really just have to wait things like this out :(

i've had that happen a few times.

something cool but not ice cold applied to my girlie parts usually helps.

some lube that's been refrigerated sounds like it might do a lot of good, at least temporarily.

I haven't tried this myself, personally, I usually just stand a lot and deal with the pain, but what about a cold washcloth? You could soak it in cold water, then squeeze it all out, and rest the washcloth over the area (kind of going with [livejournal.com profile] mimosa_branch's 'cool but not ice cold' idea.)

Ooh, I hate it when that happens. Buy some lube and use it whenever you have sex so it doesn't happen anymore. A cool washcloth, soak it in a cool bath, the refrigerated lube sounds like a really good idea, I'd try that, anything cool would feel good. On the bright side, at least for me, the pain goes away quickly. Maybe a little bit of advil or tylenol would help, too?

refridgerated aloe vera gel?
works for sunburns at least.

er, I must advise you that I don't really have a clue what I'm talking about. such a product may potentially mess with the ph of the pooter, I dunno. I'm just being silly.

I used to have that problem with a guy who wasn't into foreplay :-P. But yeah, when you don't use lube you can really tear yourself up and I (unfortunately) got a horrible yeast infection from that once. You shouldn't be shy to ask! If he uses condoms, he doesn't realize how dry it gets down there.
