I'm new. My name is Laura. And I'm actually kind of embarassed but oh well.

Today when I woke up I went to the bathroom and when I whiped myself afterwards there were little chunks of white.

So I didn't think anything of it...

Then I took my shower just now and I went to clean my vagina and there was more white chunky stuff inside my vagina. It almost looked like cottage cheese but no so watery.

Any idea what this could be from?

Could it have anything to do with I haven't been taking my birthcontrol or anti-depresents how I should be?

I only have the discharge though. I don't have any of the other symptoms.

Well, first thing is first. You don't actually "clean" your vagina do you? Do you mean your vulva? Word to the wise, "cleaning" internally will lead to infection and irritation. The vagina is self-cleaning.

It could be a yeast infection, or just a bout of thick discharge. Consult your doctor if this may be your first yeast infection.

sometimes mine don't itch at first but i have the discharge

it's possible to have a yeast infection w/o any other symptoms. But even if it's not yeast, any change in discharge (that is unusual for you, I'm not talking about changes w/ discharge throughout your cycle) warrants a trip to the doc.
