can losing your virginity make your cycle more regular? because i lost my virginity last month and for the first time, i think, EVER I got my period on the same day two months in a row. Any ideas?

It sounds odd (and counterintuitive) but I vaguely remember reading that in female cats mating actually stimulates ovulation. Barbs on the male cats' penises in some way help induce ovulation...there's a little bit about it here: http://cats.about.com/cs/pregnancybirth/a/mating_game.htm . Not the most authoritative source, but I've seen it mentioned in other places.

I am by no means suggesting that this happens in humans, but the possibility of a pathway is there. It's interesting, at any rate :)
