ummm ok so I'm new here and so this is kind of embarrassing for me to say... but a year ago or so I used to get really bad stomach pains and so I'd go to the bathroom, but I guess I pushed too hard and so now there's something like, hanging out of that hole like, all the time... I don't know what it is and if anyone else has experienced this. I'm not sure if I should go to the doctor or anything so... if anyone could help then that'll be great. Thanks.
