Has anyone heard of the Stacker 2 'diet pills'? My mom got me started taking these because of the caffeine in them, and they don't make you crash. I think I'm starting to get addicted to them, only I can't stop taking them because I'm a driver, you know, for work, and if I don't take them, I fall asleep... it hasn't been bothering me, but after I told my friend about what happened with my period and all the other night, she remembered that our gyno at the clinic we both go to asked her if she was taking any dietary supplements like stackers and that if she was, it wasn't good to combine with the pill...
Anyone know why? Does it decrease effectiveness? Think maybe this had something to do with my crazy period? I'm soo full of questions, aren't i?

i don't know about complications with the pill.

i do know, however, if stackers 2 contains ephedra, like many other dietary supplements, you are putting your body at an unnecessary risk. look up the effects online. they are shocking. drink coffee for the caffeine, hon. you don't need to be straining your heart.

there is ephedra extract in them...and some other crap i'm sure is also real good for me, i really want off them, but i just can't do it. My trip is 4 hours long and my only stops are for doing my mail pickup deadbeat job. I'm sure cold coffee would be gross, and I drink mountain dew like its going out of style, but it just doesn't do it. I thought it was all in my head, but i took one the other day, and i didn't feel it til at least 20 minutes later. I just don't know what to do, I can't find anything online that says anything about mixing them, i should probably call my doctor, huh?
