I am kinda scared but not really. I have this little hard pimple like bump on my labia near my clit. I know it cant be an STD becuase the only sexual contact i have had in the past 3yrs is with my hand. I'm just worried about what it is, is it just a pimple,or could it be a cut? I just want to know so i can get rid of it. It doesnt hurt at all unless I touch it,so its just more of a cosmetic annoyance hehe, mainly becuase I'm planing on visiting my fiance in 6weeks and I want it gone.

I would just try to avoid touching it as much as possble because that's just going to lead to more irritation. You should probably just keep the area clean (with mild soap & water) and dry (maybe wear cotton underwear). It should clear up with in 6 weeks, I'd think. Hope that helps!

Sometimes ingrown hairs happen, too, or just clogged pores. Hot compresses (not burning, just very warm--wet a towel or something) can sometimes open those kinds of problems to drain. Then it goes away.

Oh, I just discovered one of those on myself. :D

My boyfriend took a look at it for me (a very odd experience...i don't know why......) but it turned out to just be a pimple. It's been bothering me for a couple of weeks...But that's all it was. :D It had hurt sooooo bad. But I'm doing the best I can to slowly and CAREFULLY pop it. I really don't know what else to do with it. Does anyone know how to get rid of a pimple in that area?

I get little sebaceous cysts like that. You want to be careful with popping in that area. Anything you use, even your fingers, should be clean, and it's a good idea to wash your inner vulva and your hands before and after. You can't really "sterlize" there, so don't bother trying to get it that clean.

But you can also cause some real tissue damage in that area to try to squeeze things that don't want squeezing. My lovers would never notice them if I didn't point them out. If they're there at your next gyno visit, you can ask what to do.

Yeah, maybe you can get in and see one before your fiance comes. If not, then soon after would be good. It's a good idea to have regular visits once one's sexually active.
