OK. After three years I am officially going *off* the birth control pill. I've given this much thought, but I think this is the right thing for me, I am really looking forward to it.
Is there anything I should know? watch out for? changes? a period of adjustment?

I went off the pill three months ago, for the first time in 15 years. The only major difference I experienced was ovular discharge cycles each month, which I actually think is the NEATEST thing because I don't remember experiencing it to this extent when I was a teen.

My first month off the pill was like any other except for the kicking in of the cycle, which started up without any struggle at all. :-) Bodies are so cool. Good luck and keep it safe!
