Vulva discomfort and freaking out

Hello! So for a week now,I've been having excessive white discharge and very uncomfortable itching. I noticed on tuesday that I have a few flesh skinned bumps on my vaginal opening and on Thursday I noticed that there is some white bumps as well. I had protected sex three weeks ago and this saturday as well with the same guy. There was some skin to skin contact and rubbing while he wasn't wearing a condom though. I'm starting to freak out,because I keep reading that it's most likely some STD/STI. I don't have health insurance at the moment,so this is why i haven't made a gyno appointment just yet.
