Anxiety during PMS

To give some background: I was on birth control from 2002-2012. I went off of it September 2012 until July 2014, at which point I went on the pill (I forget the specific one) and then switch to the Nuva Ring at the end of September 2014. I went off all hormonal birth control at the beginning of January.
If my previous cycles (before July) are any indication, I have about 27-30 day cycles. I have a very good feeling I am ramping up to a period right now. I am super emotional, and anxious. I do have some mild anxiety normally (I am on Citalopram to help with it), but nothing like what I am feeling tonight - emotional, jealous, wanting to cry.
Any suggestions for helping with PMS emotions and anxiety? I am trying my normal anti-anxiety techniques (deep breaths, long showers, relaxing music, yoga) but nothing seems to be working.
