Lumps in vagina

For the past week I've had more vaginal discharge than normal and felt slightly uncomfortable. When I looked I have lumps in the entrance to my vagina, some seem to be quite long. They are soft and normal colour. I've had the same sexual partner for 3 years. What could this be?
