Changing pill time before travel

Hello all,

This is a pretty quick question, but I wanted a second opinion just in case...

I'm traveling to Asia for a week next month, and with the time difference, I would be taking my pill (Yaz) at 1AM (1PM New York time). Since I don't want to wake up in the middle of the night to take it, I want to adjust the time accordingly...

I'm starting a new pack tomorrow. Can I just start taking the pills a few hours earlier (ie. 10AM) without negative effect?

NuvaRing & Morning Afterpill Question

I put my last ring in on Wed Dec 17th but didn't take my ring out until Thur Jan 15th (on 29th day). I had planned on putting in a new ring yesterday (21st) to stay protected but forgot. I also had sex without a condom during my period on Tue the 20th. I put in a new ring this afternoon but realized I put in a day late.

My questions are should I take the ring out and take the morning after pill (& start the ring tomorrow)? Or is that unnecessary but I still need to use condoms for 7 days?

(Tried calling the NuvaRing hotline but it was closed.)
