This is going to sound weird.

I had my first baby on January 10th of this year. Vaginal birth, 2nd degree tear with some stitches and I'd stopped bleeding around week 4 or 5. For the last month or so, however, I have been spotting daily. Not enough to make it worth using a pad, but enough to be annoying. And then yesterday I went to the bathroom and wiped and wiped and wiped because there was bright red blood on the toilet paper. Like the kind you'd find if you'd cut yourself, not like period blood. However there's no pain or cut that I can find. Sometimes I'm still a little sore from where I tore, and I've only had sex with the hubby twice since baby was born (much to both of our disappointment, it's just so dry!). I'm not "breastfeeding" per se, but I am pumping exclusively. She never learned to nurse so I just pump. Has anyone spotted this long before starting their first post partum period? Is this something worth seeing my obgyn about or should I just deal with the annoyance?

Hi superstars,

For the past three days, I've been having horrendous cramps, ones that have been making me curl in a ball and sob, but I have no period. This is not unknown for me, but usually it happens once and then pisses off again and only turns up again at random points in time. I do get cramps like this regularly when I am on my period. But these last three days have been horrible.

They have been especially bad after orgasm (this seems to trigger them). And they are like period cramps, they radiate down through my legs and lower back like my very bad period cramps. My pain killers (mefenamic acid) have been killing the pain, but I am really worried something might be wrong with me.

I am on the implant, so I don't know if this will have anything to do with it. My period is due next week. I am in a monogamous relationship and I don't think I'm pregnant (I would really hope not anyway :/).

Any idea what this sounds like? I am going to the doctors on Tuesday to ask them what it could possibly be, but it's hard to get them to take me seriously on anything reproduction related, so any ideas I could have might make them take me more seriously. I've also had massively bad mood swings and anger this week (associated with PMS) so could this be my PMS just being a right asshole this month?
