Thrush + Orgasm

This is going to sound weird.

Have you ever felt like vaginal thrush intensified your orgasms?

I'm on antibiotics for a possible gall bladder infection and it's given me a mild case of vaginal thrush which I'm treating externally with canesten. Unfortunately, it feels like my brain is confusing the tingling from the thrush with pleasant forms of tingling :-/

I've read that I should avoid any sort of manual operation down there while I have this YI, but it feels bad and good at the same time.

Tell me I am not weird!
