Feel like a failure

I feel like an absolute freak/failure because I`m incapable of enjoying sex. It always hurts and if it does feel good its only for a min. or two.
My girlfriend is able to orgasm quickly & easily and, i have to say, im starting to feel pretty jealous. Its like I`m broken or something. Ive tried lube, masterbation, etc. but I just cant enjoy it with her or alone.
Also, the fact that I have fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome makes this whole issue even more stressful. I feel like I`ll never be able to enjoy anything in life again and Im only 23. Im feeling hopeless, useless and defective. This is like the cherry on a sundae from hell.

hbc qs: nuva and mirena

I'm looking into getting a Mirena, and while I will post other questions on iud_divas, querying my friends brought up two items:

1. One friend lost the ability to orgasm after being on the NuvaRing for two years. She says that some of her other friends have experienced this as well. Have you? Has a doctor ever mentioned this as a side effect?

2. While using an iud, is it ok to use cramp bark, dong quai or any supplement for cramps that works by inducing uterine contractions?

uterine polyps?

so, i just came back from the gyno, and they said that my old ultrasound signaled an abnormality in my uterine lining, and it could mean a uterine polyp, so they'd go through with a hysteroscopy if i'd like.
well, i'm kind of really happy about this, because it could answer alot.
i have extremely heavy periods, which is because of a bleeding disorder, but they got better for a few years on birth control, but late last year i started seasonique, and the increase in estrogen was a no-go. i stacked two pakcs (6 months) and it caused me to bleed straight for those last 3 months. i am now on levora that has stopped the breakthrough bleeding, but i still have a heavy period and have had a "yeast infection" that has been resistant to all meds, but my gyno is confused as to why the BC would cause a yi, because it is the same amt of hormones, and the same hormones. so now im wondering, the BV i had...the yeast discharge...could it be leukorrhea? because i know that's a sign of a uterine polyp as well. she said she doesnt know if it is a polyp or not. other than my uterine lining was a little disfigured, which could mean its growing around something. hence the hysteroscopy.
so i'm actually feeling better because a uterine polyp could explain everything, but i have to wait till june for my hysteroscopy.

my main problem right now is my mother. she's had period problems her whole life, and got a hysterectomy 7 or so years ago. but she keeps saying "you're jumping to conclusions, stolp looking it up online. i had all of that and didnt have a polyp." she basically thinks if it didnt happen to her, it cant happen at all. and always has to play the sick-game with me. and i hate it. how can i get across to her that i actually just want this answered? i've been continuously ill and removing this might actually make my life alot easier. i just need some advice/info about this, anything related will help! thanks so much <3

acidophilus refrigerated?

I bought it about a week ago, and opened it at the same time. Just now reading the bottle, it says to refrigerate after opening. Should I throw the bottle out and get more, or should I just throw it in the fridge now, and I should be ok.

Random color changing vagina?

Soooo! I decided to have another looksy down at my vulva with a mirror because I had just shaved down there and I was wondering what was bothering me so much ( I must have nicked myself on my labia majora, didn't see a mark just redness)
Anyway while I was looking at that my attention was averted to my labia with has seemed to have gotten darker. Normally it was always pink, maybe a little redish but nothing this dark. Now it has all these brownish and purplelish undertones and I'm wondering, where the heck did that come from? What could cause the color to change like that? Could it be because it was already a little irritated because of shaving or what?
Has this ever happened to any of you? What were your experiences?

Backround info: Sexual active for over a year, about to come upon my period in a week or so, kinda PMSing right now, STD/STI free.
