2 periods?

so this was me about.... 3 weeks ago.. http://community.livejournal.com/vaginapagina/9041012.html So I was sort of worried, because that was a "period" it lasted just as long, and while there was no flow, it was technically a period. Now Im just freaked out, because I have my period again. 3 weeks early. Considering my normal period is on a 5 week schedule. Now I could understand this would be normal if i was on BC, but Im not. And, its very heavy. So the first one was light, and this one is heavy, and rather painful. Should I be worried, since I am not on HBC?

This seems stupid for asking, but I can't help but thinking about it.

I have a bit of a strange question, and I wasn't sure where to go for it. I have searched a bit, and found nothing related to my question, so I was going to see if you fine ladies could help me out.

Background: I have two sons, 22 months, and 6 months old. I am currently breastfeeding the 6 month old, which I have been told will delay ovulation. I also had my tubes tied when I had my second c-section, so technically there is *no way* I can be pregnant. I have had two 'mini-periods' the last two months, which I found odd.

On to my problem. When I was pregnant with my first son, I did not know about it until 3 month in because I was having what seemed like normal periods, and no pregnancy symptoms. With my second son I was on HBC pills, and still got pregnant. The only way I really knew something was wrong with me was that after sex, when my husband finished inside me, I would get very nauseous. It would usually be a few minutes after sex when I was headed to the bathroom and I would have to fight the urge to throw up. I never did actually throw up but it certainly felt like I was going to. This happened during both pregnancies, and then never happened when I wasn't pregnant.

It's starting to happen to me again now, and I'm kind of freaked out by it considering it was about the only sign of pregnancy for me before. We have only had sex maybe 10 times since my second son was born, but lately we've been at it a little more, and every time I feel the same nausea hit me a few minutes after. I'm slightly nervous that I could be pregnant, even though it is a long shot. At the doctors visit where we discussed tying my tubes, my Dr. pointed out that he had a lady in the room next to me that was pregnant again after having her tubes tied 4 years before, eep.

I will go buy a home pregnancy test next week just to be safe, but I am wondering if this is something other women have experienced or I'm totally alone in this. I'm not sure if I should be worried and ask my doctor about it or if it's fairly common.

Sorry if I haven't explained this very well, and that it is so off the wall.
Thanks for any comments you can give!

So lately I've decided to start tracking my cycles and periods as we may start TTC during the middle of next year. Hooray!
But I'm kind of unsure how to do this. It's sad, being a girl and knowing very little about my reproductive parts! Here's my question(s)and sorry if this is confusing I'm not really sure how to word this I guess:

In terms of fertility, how do I determine a general idea of when I ovulate and when I'm most fertile? It's easy to tell the first day and last day of my period, but I'm not sure about the rest. I want to be able to answer that common "how long is your cycle" question but I have no idea.

Now, I am currently on birth control, so I know I do not ovulate, but I want to get in the habit of doing these things NOW and knowing what to do before I stop taking it.

Once it gets to that point I plan on buying a thermometer and checking my BBT but I will look more into that when the time comes.

I'm just trying to keep myself occupied with making my body healthy and getting in the habit of things I'll need to do before/during pregnancy so it will make me feel a little less anxious!

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer :)

I had an abnormal Pap 6 months ago, had a colposcopy etc. They did biopsies, but I never heard about them, so I guess they were negative. They did say my HPV test came back postive for "one of the high risk strains." Anyway, I had my repeat pap done two weeks ago and recieved a card from the lab saying my test was negative. She also tested me for gohnoreha (sp?) and clymidia. Does this paper mean my pap was normal? Or just that my STI tests were negative?

Ladies, germs, bald-headed worms--

A few weeks ago I found out that my dad's girlfriend's daughter, who is 12, is using Myspace. She is coming to my house tomorrow and her mom has asked me to talk to her about it. My background / education is in criminal law, so I'm familiar with COPPA and laws about what can and can't be done with young children. I know that this girl is smart-- but no matter how smart someone is, it's very easy to get outsmarted by an online predator.

This is a fairly delicate subject; I don't want to insult her intelligence but she needs to understand how dangerous social networking sites can be. One of the things I learned in college is that a molester will talk to a child-- ask them what their interests are, their age, etc and mimick their answers-- so they will have their prey convinced that they're also a 12 year old who likes basketball. Suzie (not her real name) is a very smart kid but nobody is above being manipulated, especially when she is vulnerable.

She's at the age where molesters who like girls as opposed to boys like to target-- girls at 12 generally have some adult female featurs but they are also still innocent and naive, which is what some people go after. I'm having trouble figuring out how to get that through to her.

She is getting a laptop for Christmas, which I think is a very bad and very dangerous idea. I told her mother that I'd help her find a good laptop if she promises to put software like NetNanny on it so Suzie (not her real name) can't access sites that are "dangerous" or illegal for her to use (which at her age is... well, almost everything!). My dad's girlfriend thought Myspace was like a school thing, which it can be, but not at age 12. She is at a loss for what to do about this, as I think a lot of parents may be, because these threats weren't around when they were kids and they can't compare their experience with their parents'.

How else can she protect her daughter on the Internet? How do YOU protect YOURSELF? How should I have the conversation with Suzie without making her feel like she is being talked down to or yelled at?

So I was in the store, and decided to pick up some of the AZO Yeast tablets. But I was wondering, I'm on the pill, so I was wondering if they would interact? I couldnt find anything listed online for an interaction, and I'm assuming that since its herbal and all that nonesense, that it shouldnt interact. Does anyone know anything to the contrary?

I read the instructions the vibe I've had for a while (the brand is "Shane's World" by California Exotic Novelties), and they said not to put my vibe near other thigns that would cause a chemical reaction.

That made me wonder, should I be putting this thing on my clit? I don't want to poison my vag. I do like it, it's very quiet and gives me decent orgasms (although I use to finsih myself off, since the batteries wear down fast otherwise. It takes 3 watch batteries.

I figured maybe I should get a new vibrator. I though about the Hitachi, but I want something that my roomie won't hear. I heard the Hitachi is noisy. Is this true? So anyone have any recomendations for a quiet clitoral stimulator?

BTW, LJ keeps on telling me I'm not allowed to post tags. Why not? I wanted to put sex-toys and vibrators.
