proper use of a condom?/possible yeast infection

hey everyone.
i have kind of a silly question.
since me and my boyfriend were virgins
when we started having sex, we weren't too
experienced and still are learning.
but he gets confused when putting on a condom.
we use the spermicide kind and he is not
sure if the spermicide goes on the inside
or the outside. like how to roll it.
and i have no clue either.
i would think it goes on the inside,
but we are not sure. we had sex friday
and saturday and i think maybe if we
used it wrong that the spermicide gave
me a yeast infection? is that possible?
we always use spermicide condoms, but we
usually use the brand life styles, and the
past 4 times that we did it on friday and saturday
we used trojan spermicide ones. now
it burns when i pee and inside my vagina
is white discharge, and in small tinyyy clumps.
it doesn't smell or itch though.
and it only started to burn today.
i tried to look at it in a mirror, but sometimes
it is almost like my vagina refuses to spread open,
it sounds weird but i don't know how to explain it really.
please help me loves!!!!

Worth the time and money for birth control?

So next week I'm going to be going to meet someone who's a love interest and there's a possibility of sex. I've been off the pill for a few months now since I couldn't afford it and since my insurance decided that it wasn't gonna cover it anymore the price just kept getting higher and higher. I use to be on it to regulate my period since I have PCOS but it seems that losing 60 pounds helped to go, "Oooo, I'm gonna have a period!" which was actually quite annoying. But since I don't have a regulated one I have no idea when it's going to show up and I really don't want it to show up next week. So my main question is should I just go ahead and get my pap and a new perscription just to make sure it won't show up? I know I'd have to use condoms since it'd be the first week all over again (though I don't like them) and it's just safer since it'd be a new partner. Or should I just take the chance and hope it doesn't show up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Burning during sex?

Im sorry if this has been asked a lot in the past, I looked back 4-5 pages and didn't see anything relating.

My now husband and I attempted to have sex last friday night, after about 10 minutes it started burning inside..almost as if he was rubbing me raw, it felt dry to me but he said it was rather wet. I figured I may have been having a reaction to the new lube we bought. So we stopped because it was just so uncomfortable for me..we tried again Sunday night, and again the feeling came back. We used the lube again. Besides burning, it almost feels like my gspot is SUPER sensitive, (more so than usual) the friction is too much to bear. Last night, we tried for a few seconds without a condom or lube and it still burned a little, but we really didn't do it long enough for me to know for sure the pain was still there. I also had an orgasm before the intercouse and it felt like my cervix was aching? Or something was up in that area. Which is also uncommon for me. It's turning me off of sex :(

I've never had burning like this or this much uncomfort. Normally I'll have pain when he first enters but it subsides after a few minutes. I haven't had any reactions to lube before either. I don't know what is going on downstairs, I am due to start my period later this week if that helps?

As far as apple cider vinegar douches- what's the dilution rate? and how to you apply/use it? i was just using my noggin and thought turkey baster, but is that ok?

and when you use it as a wash (like, inbetween showers) what is the dilution rate?

Weird Stuff

Okay, heres my problem.

When I finger myself, say about 2 mins later, I bleed on the inside. Sometimes my finger is just coated in blood and mucus... its kinda well, icky.

Its NOT my nails. They are clipped off and filed down super low, almost to the point it hurts.

But yeah its really weird, its been this way since I was 9.

Is this normal or what?

HPV Vaccine Gardasil

I'm currently dating a guy who believes he has HPV. [ Past girlfriend has come up with it very recently, but he has no outward signs ] The relationship may (hopefully) turn serious so we've decided to wait for sex. I have an appointment to get my first injection of the HPV vaccine this friday. Has anyone also received the vaccine? From what I read on Merck's site it goes into the muscle, which I'm terrified of needles. And there were some side effects such as soreness at the injection site and upset stomach. I was just wondering if anyone has gotten the vaccine and if you had any side effects? Sadly the only place that has the vaccine has it hiked up to 450 for the entire series and of course insurance doesn't cover it at the moment.

giant pimple?

Im kindof freaking out here. I dont think its an STD, please reassure me that this is just a giant pimple or ingrown gone terriby wrong. I have this bump about an inch away from my vaginal opening. its more or less on the very beginning of my butt cheek. i only noticed it yesterday. it hurts when i move around while im sitting. it almost just feels like ive had sex recently. anyway it looks like a pimple but when i feel it i can feel it goes under the skin and is almost the size of a pea! Im 99.9% sure its not an std. are there any stds that present themselves this way? its not where any coarse hair could be growing so i dont know if it could really be an ingrown. what the heck is going on with me? thanks for any input.

Last week, I wrote for Slate about a drastic increase in the price of birth-control pills that affected thousands of publicly funded family-planning clinics across the country. Ortho-McNeil, a major supplier of the pill, had raised the price of some birth-control pills 1,800-fold with virtually no warning. Overnight, some pills that used to cost publicly funded clinics as little as a penny a pack went up to more than $18 a pack. The clinics, already on shoestring budgets, were in a panic. By last week, some sites were running out of popular pills and scaling back on the contraceptive choices offered to women. Many anticipated reducing their hours of operation or even closing some locations in order to absorb the Ortho price hike. The rest of the national media had ignored the story, though the company gave no real explanation of its decision. Clinic representatives described Ortho's stance on the pill prices as unyielding.

hbc + very thirsty

I looked through the site and couldn't find anything that helped and I really just need some reassurance that I'm not going crazy.
I started taking Yasmin two days ago and since then I have never been so thirsty in all my life.
I have been drinking alot of water (2-3 litres a day) but I still feel thirsty.
I have had some minor headaches and just a general feeling of weirdness but I guess this might just be me getting used to the hormones.
This feeling of extreme thirst is making me go a bit nutty so any advice or stories you could share would be much appreciated.

So what does X equal?

I guess I should explain, I got an IUD a couple weeks ago.  Was loving it so far, even though I hadn't gotten to have sex with it in yet, lol.  Well today it was swimming in my diva cup.  Did my diva cup possibly pull it out?  Or is this just by chance?  The nurse couldn't answer when I asked cause she had no idea what a diva cup was.
