"twitching" after orgasm

I don't know what the deal is, but I've noticed that lately after I have an orgasm (clitoral..from masturbation) that I have this weird twitchy feeling near my clit for about 10-15 minutes afterward. It feels like a little nerve is sorta jumping around, every few seconds.
What in the world is this? It's just started recently, and it's bugging me a bit.

so i recently went to the gyno for my annual and i told her that my boyfriend (who isn't the biggest of huge) seemed to hit my cervix in almost any position we had sex in. she checked and told me that my uterus is actually flopped backwards instead of forwards like most people. she said it's not a big deal but it explains why a) i get really horrible lower back pain when i'm menstruating and b) why it's easier to hit my cervix with a penis.

last night my boyfriend and i were having sex and my butt was hanging off of the side of the bed with my legs wrapped around him and he really got into it. he was just enjoying it more than anything so i didn't want to stop him, even though i could feel him ramming into my cervix and it was slightly uncomfortable. after he finished i could tell instantly that it might've been a little too rough. for the next 3-4 hours i felt nauseus like i was going to hurl all over the place and there was a 3 inch wide line that passed from where my cervix/uterus is located up to my sternum. and it just ached and made me sick to my stomach and got worse whenever i tightened my stomach muscles.

thankfully, it's gone now. but my question is first why the heck would my uterus being backwards make it more easy to hit my cervix and also, what the hell happened that made me feel so crappy after taking some jabs to the cervix?

I had an absess on my outer labia around Christmas last year. It got very large (the size of a golf ball) overnight, and I had to go to the ER. I had a few other absesses on my body before (on my chin, leg, and stomach) and they healed by themselves. My doctor told me not to shave my pubic hair anymore. It is now almost May and I've been keeping everything well groomed, but it's driving me crazy. Any suggestions? I was thinking laser hair removal...that's what the doctor recommended. Has anyone else had a labial absess and gotten laser hair removal?

okay so i just got my peroid today and mine are usually light and don't last very long but i was wondering if there was any known way to quicken the process? my boyfriend and i have the house to ourselves all weekend and i don't want this to get in the way. if not is there any device i can use where we can have non-messy sex on my last day or two? normally i'd be like we can just wait a few days but this is a golden opportunity we've been planning for. :)

Right to the side of my vagina, I have a big hard bump. It's starting to worry me because I've had it for so long. It's not red or anything, it's just like a little lump. But I'm pretty sure I've had a boil there before.. but my memory isn't so good, so I could be wrong.

This morning when I took my morning pee I noticed that there was a string of bright red blood in the toilet.
It's about a week before I am due for my period.

Any clues as to what could have caused this?

So just over a month ago I missed a Yasmin pill because I ran out of my actives on a Saturday and found out I was also expired and needed renewal which couldn't happen until Monday. So I double-pilled on Monday. (I take two active packs and then a week of inactives to go to 6 periods a year which has been working fine for me). So before this whole situation I was spotting for a few days because I had missed one and double-pilled the next day. Fast forward 3 and a half weeks... I've been spotting every. freaking. day. with the odd part being that it's not regular blood, oh no, it's brown. That in itself is peculiar. Never had that before. My calendar shows a good solid month of spotting. Now I'm on day 3 of the inactives with NO sign of a period in fact, with close-to-non-existant spotting. Is it that I've bled everything out? Any clue as to what's going on? ( An additional spin on the situation )

crazy periods/ECP/birth control

okay, here's my history:

I'd been on HBC for about 6 years and went off it in December. Had normal periods Dec, Jan, Feb, March. Had a condom issue on March 26 and had to take ECP, so I decided it wasn't worth the stress and decided to go back on HBC. My period started on March 31 (due to the ECP) so I went ahead and started the HBC that sunday (April 2) even though I knew it would restart my cycle. So last Monday is the day I should have started my period had I stayed on my regular cycle. I had spotting Mon-Thurs but no big deal and I figured that was pretty normal. This past weekend I had a ton of crazy rough sex and was bleeding on Sunday but it wasn't much and it was fresh, not like period blood, so I figured it was the sex. I spotted a little yesterday and it seemed to taper off last night. I left my divacup in today anyway just in case, and I went to the bathroom just now and it ws full! Definitely of period type blood. And I am getting crampy. What's the deal? Shouldn't the birth control be helping in this area? Did I make a huge mistake in starting the birth control after my "fake" ECP period and trying to reset my cycle? This is really frustrating cause I feel like I have been bleeding forever. What do you think is going on?

spermicide=smelly?

on the weekend i used a film spermicide for the first time. since then (friday), i have been smelling very different and unpleasent. usually i don't have odor problems down there. i have been washing myself and everything normal. could spermicide be the cause of it? weird white stringly discharge things are being expelled from my vagina as well. i also have another hole down there. the doctor thinks it might be a small sinus opening. my boyfriend slipped in there (it was very painful) with his penis. could this be causing all of this as well. it doesn't hurt to go to the bathroom or anything like that so i don't think it is a yeast infection. anyone know whats going on? i know i should go to the doctors, but i've been there enough for vag problems and i am pretty busy right now. plus my mom always interfers with things and i don't really want to discuss any of this with her.

BCP, hormone testing

I have my annual exam coming up this summer and would like to switch my BCP prescription. The problem is that this is the third kind I've been on in the last four years. The first two simply stopped working with my body and Ovcon has not only done some serious damage to my skin, it's also made me ridiculously moody. I go from normal me to either super bitch or super depressed in about 0.0003 seconds.

Before I just get something different thrown at me yet again (I know that Yasmin is supposed to help prevent cyst formation, but I'm just so sick of trying to find something that works...), would it be appropriate to ask for a hormone test? For those who have had one done, what does it entail? Just bloodwork? My biggest concern is that I would have to stop taking hormonal bcp, which would mean dealing with periods from hell. Problem being that I'll be working all summer and spending a fair amount of time in a biomedical research lab. I'm sure they would be less than appreciative of me passing out near work areas.

Diva Cup in College
