This is the case: I want to have anal sex with my partner + participate in anal play. We have a butt-plug (a purple one at that), and it's cute and not scary or too big. We're going to start with the plug before we move to anal sex, which we tried once and it didn't work too well.
I'm deathly afraid of shit in bed. I don't want to see it, smell it, taste it, feel it (or hear it if that's possible). I practice awesome anal hygiene (washing and shaving and generally being good about it), and yet I still have a problem.
When I lube up my finger, or it's just wet and I stick it in my anus, there's feces there! Just little lumps of it, about the size of jelly beans, maybe 2 or 3 of them. I eat a high-fiber diet, try not to strain when I make a bowel movement, etc etc. I can't seem to just shit them out, it's like they're stuck... I can do an enema to get them out but even after that if I stick my finger in really far I can feel a bowel movement... and I can't evacuate it on command.
I'm not opposed to enemas, I actually perform them regularly (even though that's not recommended I really like the sensation). It's possible that my body has gotten lazy and just doesn't know how to move it's bowels on it's own. I've also been anorexic and that really messes with your digestive tract.
Anyways, what do I do to get rid of this problem? The only thing I can think of is using a laxative and then fasting until the act, but that just doesn't seem like a healthy thing to do, giving my history of eating disorders. I think I'll stop performing enemas unless they are necessary and that should help. Any other ideas?
