Orthotricyclen

I'm taking orthotricyclen, and have been for over two years now. However, it seems like on my first week of pills (the white ones), i seem to get nauseous in the afternoons. Does anyone else have a problem with nausea? The pills are the only thing that i can think of that are causing it, but i'm not entirely sure. The problem does get worse if i take a pill later than i should.

sorry for asking a new question, but im taking ortho and ive been spotting,period,spotting,period, for the past month now. WHY WONT IT EVER STOP ?!?!?!

I just spotted for my first time a few weeks ago. I was so incredibly scared. I called my gynecologist, and she said it was probably due to stress and the fact that i messed up on taking my pills the previous weekend. I put more emphasis on the stress, because i've forgotten to take pills before occasionally, and i've never had spotting before.
