[Maintainer note] Moderated posting enabled due to spam

Hi folk,

In order to deter the ongoing YouTube spam, I've temporarily placed the community on moderated posting. All posts will need approval by a maintainer or admin before appearing in the community; I'll try to get to them as soon as possible.

This is intended to be a temporary measure: it will hopefully be possible to reduce the level of moderation again in week or so's time. However, if you think this is the wrong choice for the community, please say and we'll reconsider!
