Hurts to touch

For the past few days its been hurting to pee. A burning sensation. I thought maybe a uti but also my vagina near the opening is tender to touch. Sort of hurts when i barely touch. You know that feeling when you wear a tight ponytail and then when you take your hairtye out and you press on your scalp it hurts? It feels lile that. Im not sexually active either. I should go to a gyno but want to know if any of you have felt like this or experienced these symptoms before?
