Yeast Infection, Maybe?

Hi, I'm a 18 year old female looking for some answers about my vag! So, after one encounter of intercourse I found that I was still extremely aroused down there the following evening (maybe 4-5 hours later) the next day I had a BM where around my anus I was very itchy and it spotted just a teeny bit, but also my vag was red and itchy, still experiencing wetness. Can someone tell me what's going on downstairs?
