vaginapagina | UTI medication question

So, after a week of having UTI symptoms, I finally went in to get it checked out. I was having a lot of pain while urinating, back aches and found blood in my urine this morning(freaked me out!). I am now on cipro and have to take two for 7 days, since they weren't sure if it is a kidney infection or not. I haven't had a fever and when they took my temp, it was only 99.

I'm confused though. Do I take it now or wait till tomorrow morning to take it? If I took it tomorrow morning, then it would be an even 7 days of taking two times a day. Or does it matter, as long as you take the whole course?

I should of asked the pharmacist about this, but didn't know there were 14 pills in there till I looked when I got home.
