Question!

Hello!! I am 18 years old and have recently become sexually active. My boyfriend and I have sex regularly. A couple of weeks ago we had a condom break. I am on the pill and take it almost perfectly, I was also on my period at the time so we were not too worried about pregnancy. However, around that time and currently, my breasts have been consistently sore and have also grown a little bit. Is it possible I could just be growing? Or is pregnancy a real possibility? I took two tests, both negative. But it has only been around 2 weeks since the condom broke.
Any suggestions?
