Pelvic pain?

About three weeks ago I noticed that the area under my navel occasionally felt like someone had taken a piece of sandpaper and rubbed me down beneath my skin - and sometimes ditto for either side of my stomach, level with my hips, or folding around to my lower back. I've been nauseous and lacking in appetite, too, but I'm unsure if that's related or not. This, along with some intermittent cramping and a change in my vaginal smell/discharge, has made me kind of worried, so I'm going to give it another few days to clear off before I go in to get it checked. I'm not itchy or anything, so I don't think it's a yeast infection.

I'm in my early 20s, not on any HBC, and I've never had intercourse, so I'm not sure what to expect. I've heard people my age have had problems with getting doctors to look seriously at issues like these when there has been no sexual contact prior, so is there anything I should emphasize? I've been looking around furiously trying to figure out what it could be, but nothing's really fit the description.
