vaginapagina | Pressure type pain near labia minora

Hi guys! Was hoping I could get some options/help with this issue which has been bugging me for a while!

Some things to note: I am not sexually active, I am at the moment about 5-6 days away from my period, I'm 18, I do masturbate regularly.

I've experienced a type of pressure type pain (wouldn't define it as a sharp pain at all, more like discomfort) a couple of times, and I have no idea what it is. It's a bit hard to describe, but it's the type of pressure that is only relieved when I touch the area, like someone is pressing down onto the area of my labia minora. I do not experience this regularly however, last time I can clearly remember it happening was a couple of months ago, that time however, it was worse because it woke me up in the middle of the night and I felt incredibly uncomfortable, only feeling better when I was pressing my hand down hard around my labia minora area. It happened again tonight, again, not pain per ce, but still very uncomfortable. I did go away after about 15-30 minutes. I've been trying to figure out what could be causing this, I haven't worn any tight clothing, used a soap that could affect it, but a thing to note is that I did finger myself around my clitors area today for the first time in a couple of weeks (i usually use a vibrator)

I really hope someone can help clear this up, cheers! (note: as far as i can remember it has happened a couple of other times too, but not for very long, a minute or so before the discomfort completely goes away)
