I would say about a month ago, I’ve noticed a foul smelling discharge from my vagina.
In all honesty it smells like vomit and it comes out watery.

I have to bath more often when it happens because the smell with be too strong.
It happens for about a week and then disappears.

My last period started on the 27th of August.

Any help ? Should I go see a doctor ?

Sounds like bacterial Vaginosis (BV) -- some people use home remedies for this, while others go for antibiotics. (The downside of antibiotics is the possibility of triggering a yeast infection; take probiotics to try to reduce the chances of a YI!)

I hope you get more detailed answers soon! I am on a tablet and if I type too much, I will undoubtedly miss a really horrible autocorrect typo. Luck!

Does sound like BV.

I had BV for a year...It was a lot of watery-ish discharge, a bit off yellow, and it smelled like rotten chicken. I tried a LOT of different things. Taking extra Folic Acid, taking acidophilus multiple times a day, inserting acidophilus vaginally, inserting vitamin C tablets, rinsing with apple cider vinegar, dousing with apple cider vinegar, I even tried a monestat insert, which made it go away for a while but not long. I had read that if you treat with anti-biotics, it's more likely to come back and be recurring since it doesn't treat the vaginal imbalance, just knocks the bacteria. That's why I wanted to try and treat naturally.

In April, I ended up getting antibiotics for a urinary tract infection and the BV went away as an added bonus. And it has yet to come back. Makes me wish I just would have gone and gotten antibiotics in the first place lol.

Anyway, it's up to you whether you want to try to treat naturally or just get antibiotics. I've heard of some here inserting boric acid and successfully getting rid of BV or at least controlling it. I probably would have tried it if I had known about it. None of the other things I took worked for very long.
