Possible cyst?

For a few days now, I've been feeling this radiating pressure from what feels like somewhere behind my urethra. It's been getting increasingly uncomfortable, and it reminds me of what it felt like to have a bartholin's cyst, so I checked myself for cysts.
I have a large, hard area protruding from my vaginal wall fairly far into my vagina. It's very painful to touch. But it's nothing like the bartholin's cyst that I had before. Is this a cyst?
I have vulvodynia and vaginismus, so 9 times out of 10, my vaginal problems turn out to be nothing. I want to know if I need to be concerned this time--or if I'm just having a UTI, since I'm also having some painful urination. Thanks to anyone who answers!
