itchy post-wax pubic hair

Hello ladies,

I got a Brazilian wax about 6 weeks ago. It was for a vacation, and it's growing back, and I have no intention of getting another Brazilian anytime soon, though I may get just the bikini line done at some point.

My problem is it's itching like fuck as it grows back, and it's not exactly work appropriate to scratch my crotch! Anything vag-friendly I can put on it to make it stop itching? The itching is mostly in the hairy part a couple inches above my vulva and on the sides, not on my vagina itself. Right now the hair is different lengths, but mostly about 1/2 cm long.

Sorry, I knew that there are some people of other genders in this group, but that did not occur to me when I was wording the post. Didn't mean anything by it and I am a trans-friendly person. Next time I'll be more careful.
