Has anyone found a battery vibrator that lasts longer than maybe 3-4 months?

My last one only lasted 2 months, and I know that the plug-in ones are way more dependable, like...10 year dependable, but 1) I have no outlet near my bed, and 2) they're difficult to hide from possibly prying roommates.

I'm looking for one that lasts maybe 6 months or so, so any suggestions?

i think, if i had one, and any of my friends found it, they'd probably laugh. and then ask if it was any good! well, some of my friends. maybe some friends would just go "o_O never tell me" and put it back.

as for any good types, i wouldn't know. but i hope you find one!

Yes! I have your answer! Sharper image makes a "personal massager" called the Accuvibe! It plugs into a wall, but it is Re_Chargeable! It has as much power as a plug in model but it unplugs when you want to make it mobal! It rocks, on ebay it isn't hard to find them for about 24 bucks and they will use the Hitachi Magic Wand attachments so if you want to hit that lovely G-spot of yours you can get the accesory to just that! Further more! If anyone sees it, they look like a typical massager so people don't go, "oh hows that dildo" or any such thing unless they are really in the know, so to speak. Goodluck!

My boyfriend and I picked this one up in March and it still works. (http://www.fantasygifts.com/tek9.asp?pg=products&specific=jpcnfqn8) It was embarassing enough going into the store and getting the thing... then about 4 weeks later we get a call from his parents asking what the receipt was all about. They had found it in the couch in the basement. We told them it was a gag gift.

I have a battery vibrator called "tulip tip" that i bought from goodvibes.com. I've had it for over a year now. Unfortunately, I just searched the site and couldn't find it - but it is a good one, and if you see it elsewhere I would recommend it. :)

I've had my Pocket Rocket since about this time in 2000. I might get another one some time soon, but only so I can get the quiet model with the little attachments and stuff. hehe.
