Should I be worried?

Okay firstly let me say that I am about 4.5 weeks pregnant right now and of course I've had a lot more discharge then normal and for the past week or so I've felt like the beginings of a yeast infection. Itchy, somewhat dry irritated feeling. Well today I noticed I had some blood after urination. When I couldn't find any from the vagina I of course grabbed a mirror to see if I had cut myself (earlier in the day I was wiping with a tissue and I felt a little like I gave myself a "paper cut" in the urethra area to the side) and there was a little bump type thing (resembles either a zit or mosquito bite) right next to my urethra entrance that was a bit red and bleeding just a bit. Now of course I got into better position to "examine" further. It looked pretty much like a bump with a small red line I can assume is a cut going down the center. I'm just curious if this could just be irritation from the possible yeast infection and also all the changes going on with my body, could it be irritated from scratching myself from the itchiness? I'm just curious if anyone has experienced anything like this or knows if I should be worried about this. Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated!

You should probably see your doctor. During pregnancy you are at a higher risk for yeast infections and UTIs. They can cause problems with the prengnacy so its important to get it checked out. I will call the doctor in the morning and see what they say.

It could be that a small labial pimple popped, but it's almost certainly worth at least a phone call to the doctor.
