can you get pregnant from fingering + precum around ovulation (and another question)

hi, i'm new to the community and feel really silly asking this but what is the likelyhood of getting pregnant from fingering with precum present on my partners fingers during the peak of my fertile days? this happened on aug. 11th and i feel and look very bloated, my breasts are also sore to the touch so i'm a bit concerned.

also, completely unrelated but my friend is also stressing out about something aswell and i didn't know what to tell her. she took birth control for 21 days then decided she wanted to get off it for good, so she stopped and got her withdrawl (i think that's what you call it?) bleed a few days after but she was wondering when to expect her next period that isn't a withdrawl. apparently she'sbeen having pms symptoms but i didnt know what to tell her. any info would be great

1. Very very very very very low. First of all, precum generally does NOT contain viable sperm. Secondly, sperm are not that hardy. That's why they need a nice glob of semen or fertile cervical mucous to hang out in in order to stay alive. Bloating and sore breasts are very common symptoms of PMS (and pretty much anything can be a pregnancy symptom if you Google), so I wouldn't worry based on symptoms alone.

However, if you want to check just in case, you can trust a negative result on a pregnancy test 19 days after the sex in question.

2. There's no real way to predict. Some people have nice regular cycles right away after coming off HBC, and some people don't. It depends on how long it takes her body to ovulate.

If your partner had not recently ejaculated without urinating afterwards, the chances of him having sperm in his precum are fairly low. And, as said, bloating and sore breasts are PMS symptoms -- and, this early? If you were pregnant, the chances of having such symptoms so early are fairly unlikely. Not impossible, but unlikely.

If you're in the US, then Dollar Tree Stores have good pregnancy tests that are also inexpensive, according to peeonastick.com. 19 days after the sex in question, you can take a test and be pretty trusting of a negative result.

And, likewise, some people get their first real period perfectly in tune with their past withdrawal bleed (yup!), because their ovaries ovulated shortly after they stopped HBC. More commonly, periods will be weird for 1-3 months, and it is not that uncommon to go 3-4 months, and even going up to 6 months, after getting off HBC, is not at all unheard of. (Though by that time, it's probably worth talking to a doctor.) If she's having PMS, there's a decent chance she's gonna have a period soon -- though not a 100% chance. Ovaries can be very snitty about doing their jobs after being on HBC.
