And I mean that in the most literal way possible. I'm aroused but I am just not producing fluid. I am thinking I might be a little dehydrated considering I've uped my workout but not my water intake but in the mean time, I was considering adding a lube to the routine. We tried the KY His and Hers about two years ago and I ended up with a yeast infection, a week later. There were other possible contributing factors, so I can't say for sure that it was the KY but I am still reluctant to try another lube. Anyone have any suggestions or links to the most PH friendly lubes?

Try just plain, water based lube. I use Wet Platinum because it doesn't seem to get sticky or tacky.

I'm loving using coconut oil (which is easily purchased at any health food store, if not your grocery store)

From what I've read, and please someone correct me if I'm wrong!...it actually helps fight yeast. So if you are prone this is a good route to go

The only downside is its oily and may leave stains on your sheets if they are a light color

I second the suggestion for Sliquid. You may need to order it online, but it is totally worthwhile. I've tried the Sliquid Organics line as well, but I prefer the basic version.

I am not sure what you're budget is. I've tried the KY and astroglide and I've never liked it. Too sticky and stuff too.

if you have sex shop around you:

the one I went to was female friendly and they also had little sample packets for like 25 cents.

seriously the best lube ever.

coconut oil!

However, it is no compatible with condoms and can be a bit messy.

I use SemPure. It is 100% pure coconut oil, but liquid at room temperature so I don't have to heat it or spoon it out, just tip the bottle and pour a little out of the cap. You can get it online at www.sempure.net or on amazon. I have tried a bunch of lubes, including the Sliquid line. I am super sensitive and even the Sliquid bothered me. SemPure is the only lube I have ever used that doesn't cause me to constantly feel like I am getting a yeast infection. I haven't had one since I started using it. SemPure washes out of sheets really well, too, unlike the silicone lubes. Plus, the chemicals in the silicone lubes scare me.
