And I mean that in the most literal way possible. I'm aroused but I am just not producing fluid. I am thinking I might be a little dehydrated considering I've uped my workout but not my water intake but in the mean time, I was considering adding a lube to the routine. We tried the KY His and Hers about two years ago and I ended up with a yeast infection, a week later. There were other possible contributing factors, so I can't say for sure that it was the KY but I am still reluctant to try another lube. Anyone have any suggestions or links to the most PH friendly lubes?

The only downside is its oily and may leave stains on your sheets if they are a light color
