vaginapaginajust got an email from Instead, and they said that they've been experiencing technical difficulties with their website. That doesn't explain why their phone service was down, but maybe they had a storm or something.
So, those of us who were worried can take a deep breath! And none of us need to run to the supermarket and start hoarding (like I was considering, bad me ;-)
