Going around looking at information about everyday vaginal care there were two things I saw which made me wonder.
1. Cotton underwear, now that part I understand (I've just bought a whole load of cotton undies despite hating cotton I'm going to wear them for the sake of keeping my vagina happy) but the site I was reading said specifically white cotton underwear, the only reason I can think of is so that you could keep a better eye on discharge, or perhaps some odd form of colour therapy I've not heard of before ;oP
2. One site also said that after a shower the vulva should be blow dried with a low heat, I'm not too sure about the idea of blowing my hair drying on my vulva, and shouldn't the vulva be kept sort of moist not dry?

Warm air (or any air) can feel kind of good, yes - but there's nothing wrong with that.:)

I think I should point out that you don't want to like, blow hot air up into your vagina for a long time, and it doesn't have to be far in - what you could do is turn on the dryer to warm, dry off the outside, and part the labia a little. It doesn't have to be bone dry on the inside or anything, just to get the excess shower/bath moisture dried up, you know what I mean?

I don't own a blow dryer, though I plan on getting one eventually. What I do now is dry off carefully, and sometimes I hold my labia apart and stand in front of the fan for a minute before I put my clothes on. That works pretty well, and that's sort of the level of dryness you're aiming for - not parched, just dryed off. :)
