Hello ladies! I need your help with something.

First of all, when I need to urinate, I get aroused (not the other way around, mind you). I'm fairly sure that this is because the weight of a full bladder presses against my g-spot. Because of this, it's extremely gratifying for me to press on my bladder during masterbation.
Also, I am a virgin, but I masturbate a lot - probably 3 times a day, if I have time. I don't have any toys, and while I will use my fingers a little, the stimulation is nearly exclusivly clitoral.

Recently, I've been getting what I think are yeast infections - slight itch, slight burning sensation when I pee, and especially the feeling that I badly need to urinate almost constantly, even when nothing comes out.

Could these yeast infections/bladder problems simply be coming from my hands not being 100% clean during masterbation? Or could it be from pressing on my bladder when it is already fairly full?

Your symptoms sound closer to a urinary track infection especially the feeling that you have to go pee all the time but don't really have to go. It could be from masturbating with unclean hands. Bacteria can get pushed into your urethra causing a UTI. That's one of the reasons after PIV it's wise to urinate to help flush out anything that might of traveled up the urethra. You might want to try doing peeing after you masturbate to see if that helps the situation.

If it is a UTI, you should go to a doctor to get it checked out. If left untreated, it can turn into a kidney infection which can be very dangerous.

Agreed -- a kidney infection, left untreated, can do major damage up to and including that not-so-fun thing called "death." I strongly advise going to a doctor and peeing in a cup to check for a UTI.

This. I let a UTI go for awhile, and it let to some not so fun side pains. It clears up really fast with antibiotics though! :)

I would be pretty surprised if that were the case... still, might not be the best idea to put too much pressure on your bladder consistently over a long period of time. Can you try standing up or adjusting your position? I find that can be really arousing too (as someone who gets similarly turned on by having a full-bladder!). Just moving around with a full bladder seems to hit all the right places, and I don't have to worry about damaging my bladder like I used to when I was a teen and used to press on my bladder a lot.

I think it would have to be a LOT of pressure and you would probably just lose bladder control before it got to that point... still, better not to risk it too much!

I agree that it sounds like a urinary tract infection. If it happens again, you should get to a health care provider for a test--it's very easy, pee in a cup, and if you have a UTI they'll give you antibiotics. If left untreated, UTI's can become very serious.

Is pressing on your bladder the only way you can climax? I'm asking because a friend of mine masturbates in a similar way--in fact she can orgasm without even touching her clit! Fantastic, right? But she ended up doing it so often that she's gotten some urological issues from it. So while there's nothing wrong with masturbating the way you do, I would suggest mixing it up a bit. If you have problems down the road like my friend, at least your body won't be trained to NEED the bladder stimulation in order to orgasm.

Good luck!

I agree with others who suggested that your symptoms sound more in line with a urinary tract infection than they do with a yeast infection. Because UTIs have the potential to become dangerous if left untreated, I'd encourage you to contact a health care providers about your symptoms.

Also, just to point out that not all VPers identify as "ladies." People of many different genders (http://vaginapagina.com/index.php?title=VaginaPagina_FAQ#Is_VP_for_women_only.3F) read and comment here and have a lot to add to the community. We don't want to accidentally leave anyone out so we're trying to encourage posters to use more inclusive language.
