Okay, what gives here, ladies?
Vaginal penetration and direct stimulation to my clit both screw my body up for days after the actual fact now that I've become sexually active. PIV sex and fingering upsets my stomach and my bowels to the point where I am both nauseated and constipated (a glorious combination), and direct stimulation to my clit through fingering and oral makes my bladder all screwed up like I have a UTI. I'm really rather positive that I'm going to pee on my SO's face sometimes when he's going down on me, and afterwards the whole not being able to feel like I can adequately move my bowels is pretty crummy too. :( Is there anything I can do to mitigate this?

Date: 2011-02-13 02:22 am (UTC)The vagina is pretty durn close to the colon. Usually, having sex with a male partner, the way I'm shaped, has the effect of *ahem* moving things through. So if I haven't gone throughout the day, I usually have a bowel movement shortly after PIV sex.
It's extremely possible that they way YOU'RE shaped, PIV intercourse sort of "pushes things back" up the colon. It might be a good idea to try eating a yogurt or two a day and drinking plenty of water to try to get things moving BEFORE you have sex. You could also experiment with some over the counter laxative aids (gentle ones, such as Miralax or Citrucel). You may find that half a dose is sufficient to keep you regular.
The UTI "sensation" sounds like your urethra getting jostled a bit during penetration/fingering. You could try a different angle, and, if you aren't already PLEASE USE LUBE!!! Unless you are a fountain of lube from the minute you get turned on until the minute genital fingering is done, not being sufficiently lubricated is a recipe for everything down there to get irritated.
Good luck!
