Missed pill after placebo

Sorry if this question has been asked before, but what happens if I miss a pill after the placebos are done? I didn't take the placebos & thought I was supposed to start taking active pills again on Monday, but stupid me was supposed to take them on Sunday.

I'm on Loestrin-24

If you went 8 days without active pills, then your protection would be compromised to some unknown extent. But... Loestrin-24, that's one of the 4-day placebo pills, right? In that case, you're fine. Just take your pills normally. Even the 24-active-pill brands still go by the 21/7 rule -- no fewer than 21 days of active pills, no more than 7 days without them, and you're fine. If you took 5 days off? No problems.

If you're having sex, use backup for the next seven days. If you had sex during your placebo week, you may want to look into Plan B.

Oh, I didn't see that it was Loestrin 24. Beth is correct- you're fine.
