I'm nowhere near an expert, but I'm thinking urinary tract or bladder infection. I reckon a trip to the doc/planned parenthood, but in the meantime, drink water, no more than a pint or so an hour - don't want dehydration on top of it :)

I second the urinary tract infection idea. I woke up one morning and felt like I had to pee *constantly.* But hardly anything would come out, which was frustrating, too. I also experienced excruciating lower back pain, bad enough that I threw up.

Went to the doctor, got antibiotics, some 3-day treatment I forget the name of, and then that caused a yeast infection that I took my sweet time in curing. Man, for a good month+ I was not a very big fan of my vagina. =D Everything's pretty much back to normal now, though.

A check-up/test for diabetes may not be a bad idea, either, if you do go see a doctor about this.

Good luck and hope you get to the root of it and nip it in the bud!

I think it sounds like a urinary tract infection also. The doctors in my area diagnose UTIs based on the criteria "frequency, urgency and burning". So if you have to pee suddenly, and a lot, and it burns - it is almost for sure a UTI. Although I've had ones where I wouldn't describe it as "burning" pain. But, you should definately get it checked out, especially if you haven't had one before. I let one slide and it turned into a kidney infection - not pleasant!
Good luck, - Get better!
