I'll make this short and sweet.
I'm midway through my first month of birth control. My appetite is sky rocketing and I'm having to fight all day long to not gorge every hour. However, I'm noticeably bigger in the waist this week. Bloating? Weight gain from inevitably succumbing to my appetite every now and then? I'm planning a trip to the beach with friends next week, so I've cut my calories down to nearly half because of this preggo belly I've developed. It's driving me up the wall.
Is this bloating? If so, will it subside? Will the insatiable hunger go away after a month or two?

In particular, "When hormonal activity is high, stool and gas move more slowly through the intestines, often leading to constipation and bloating in the weeks before the period." -- since your hormones are constantly artificially high from HBC (in essence, it flings you into what, for some people, is a PMS state), the bloating may be from this. Some of the tactics on the page might help with that? (Drink water, natural remedies, and the exercise thing.)
Good luck!
