Spotting after sex?

I started my first month of HBC. I have been on it for 3 weeks. I never had a problem with spotting after sex before I started taking HBC. Is this normal? It doesn't happen every time and it's not a lot of blood at all, but I'm still wondering if it's something I should be concerned about.

PS: It's not immediately after the sex. I notice it later, usually after a shower.

It's most likely your body getting used to being on birth control, that's what I would chalk it up as. I know it took me two months of being on birth control before I had no spotting issues, sex or no sex.

This. I had spotting my third week after first starting HBC. It never occurred again after that.

It's not a cause for concern. Spotting is a very normal side effect of HBC, especially in the first 3-6 months of being on it.
