Has anyone here successfully used black cohosh to bring on a late period and/or induce miscarriage? I have the capsules (540 mg), but I've heard both 2 capsules every 2 hours and 2 every 4 hours, and I'd like to keep side effects to a minimum, so any advice would be super helpful.
P.S. I've also been taking vitamin C (6,000 mg/daily) for the past two days--supposedly they're complimentary emmenagogues.

Re: I have never seen successful use..

Best wishes.
