no-- pregnancy tests measure the amount of hcg (human chorionic gonadotrophin) in your body, and hcg is only produced when you're pregnant. actually, YOUR body doesn't produce hcg, the new embryo does. diabetes will effect the amount of sugar in your urine, but not the amount of hcg b/c your body doesn't make hcg. hope this helps.
