Yeast infection - when there is an overgrowth a yeast in your vagina, you usually get itchy and have a cottage cheese-like discharge. Yeast can be treated with over the counter creams, Diflucan (a pill), or yogurt and/or garlic.

UTI - urinary tract infection, when bacteria that isn't supposed to be there gets pushed up your urethra and infections the urinary tract. The symptoms include burning when you pee, urine that is cloudy or smells strong, and fever/chills/etc.
UTIs are treated with antibiotics, and you should drink a lot of water and cranberry juice if you think you might have one.

BV - a bacterial infection. Symptoms vary, but can include a fishy smell, milky discharge, and pain during sex. BV can only be treated with medecine from the doctor (not natural remedies like for yeast).

Hope that helps. :)
