Strange vaginal discharge (sort of...)

Well I've been on Depo since January and haven't had a period... only spotting around the time my next shot is due, and occasionally around the time when I would have been on the rag.

Lately I've noticed this... brown discharge... or something... that seems to sit in my vagina. I guess that's pretty normal for Depo, older blood and what-not. The thing is, I don't plan on going off of the shot anytime soon but I was wondering if there were any good ways to clean myself out a bit? I don't know much about douching or anything of the sort.

Does anyone have any helpful suggestions as to what I could do? Thanks so much!

You can buy diuching kits at your local pharmacy, and they normally come with instructions.
However... if you are broke, (as I am,) all you need is a sport bottle, some water, and a little bit of vinegar. Of course, make sure the bottle is clean first. Put a little bit of vinegar in the bottle and fill the rest with clean water. Then, in the shower, just keep squirting it up your vagina until it's all gone.
You can also buy special soap and just use your hands to clean up inside there.
But don't duch too often- it rids your vagina of healthy bacteria and can cause yeats infections.

youre just spotting
i wouldnt reccomend douching
try using instead cups when its heavier
the cup acts like a scraper sort of and cleans most of it out

I've spotted before, and this isn't spotting. It just is a weird brown gunky thing that sits in my vagina. And my spotting is never heavy at all.
