If the hormone fall is countered by hCG, the uterus shouldn't bleed.
Unfortunately, there's this thing called decidual bleeding... So... The answer is "probably not, but decidual bleeding may be possible." Mind, one does have to A) be one of the 1 or 2 in a thousand (assuming perfect use pill taking) for whom the HBC fails, and B) be one of the 1/3rd or so of people who gets decidual bleeding (citation... I could re-Google but I think I saw it on VP...).
My mom bled while she was pregnant with me. She had no idea and kept taking her birth control because she thought it was a period. This happened for 4 months. She would get sick to her stomach and throw up after taking her pills and making her BC less effective. She thought morning sickness was nausea from the pill lol.

So the intersection isn't intensely likely.
