Aug. 19th, 2003 10:59 pmhey there, i'm new--just thought i'd throw that out there.
i've got plenty of questions about vagina related topics, but right now i've got questions about my breasts. is that cool? well, my right breast has this really big hard spot on the outter side and i'm wondering if that's just my hormones b/c i just finished my cycle for the month. it's not abnormal, but i'm just not sure about it. if anyone can give me advice on how to fix it, what it may be caused by or anything of the sort, i'd appreciate it. i'm sure you've heard it before, but if this post isn't welcomed, then direct me to the nearest breast related community :) thanks.

Date: 2003-08-20 12:32 am (UTC)1.) start taking Vitamin E supplements. Boob lumps is a sign of a deficiency
2.) chill out on the caffeine and sugar
Between those two things and waiting for your period to show up, it should go away.
