1)
I've heard of things like certain teas that can help to make your period come faster, but is there anything that can make it go faster?
I have a typical 5-7 day period, and this may sound like a strange question, but I was wondering if there's anything you can do to make more of it come at once, getting rid of it faster so to speak? does that make sense?
I guess what I'm basically asking is, is there a way to push it out or anything?
2)
I know that at it's important to shower after a workout to clean your body off of the toxins and whatnot, and also to keep your vulva clean. if you sweat a lot (not necessarily in that region), should you change your underwear as well or is that not as crucial?
just some one of those random curiosities that popped into my brain
thanks!

Date: 2009-10-06 11:16 pm (UTC)to the OP: since it's fresh on my mind from an earlier discussion, using a cup is the only thing that ever makes mine shorter, and it tends to by a whole day, probably from the light suction it creates. coincidentally it's also the only thing ever that makes me not CARE that I'm bleeding either because I don't even notice anymore :D
and since sex with a loved one (or without! :P) is always a nice feel-better thing, you might as well try that too!

Date: 2009-10-06 08:10 pm (UTC)2) I think it's all a matter of personal preference unless you've found a link for your body between not changing your underwear and getting yeast infections. I used to never change underwear after I work out because the sweat does dry rather quickly when you're showering, but suddenly I've started changing it every time. Kind of a laundry pain to wear two pairs of underwear a day, but oh well. I can't even tell you why I switched really, so yeah. Personal preference. (I do have to shower every time I work out because of my acne. I don't get a choice.)
